Friday Night Hike – Jackson Nature Park

The people at the San Antonio River Authority are inviting you to explore the nocturnal flora and fauna of Jackson Nature Park.

Dress comfortably and learn about the native wildlife and plants in a fun and interactive hike. Stockdale’s Jackson Nature Park is not inside San Antonio proper, but it’s a fantastic small park with wooded trails and customizable paths to take. Most hikes end up around 1 to 2 miles, and the terrain is welcoming for beginners.

Leashed pets are more than welcome, but keep an eye out for wildlife like deer and javelinas.
