You don’t have to spend a dime to have an amazing night. Head over to Paper Tiger and watch a plethora of bands take the stage over the weekend. While the place isn’t quite the White Rabbit it used to be (OGs will know), it’s still one of the best venues in town.
Performers include Alex Beltrán, Baby Bleu, Bash*, Beware of Dog, Booher, Cement Driver, Collective Dreams, D’SZVR, Dance Like Robots, and so many more!

Parking can be a bit of a mess, so I suggest using a rideshare if you can or showing up early to find your spot. You can also find plenty of bars within walking distance, although this cold weather may not make that feasible.

Tween Club
Kids ages 10 to 14 will have a blast at the Mammen Public Library! Every week, they’ll have something fun to do, like crafts, games, book club, and baking. 
This week they are hosting an Adventures in Storytelling game, the perfect way for your Tween to unwind after their first (very cold) week back at school.

Garden Ridge Market Days

Families will have an epic time at the monthly Garden Ridge Market Days, with over 200 local food, craft, farm, and business vendors.
Free kids activities include character photo ops, crafts and games, scavenger hunt, sand play, and chalk art. Kids can also get their faces painted and get balloon art for tips.

Free Movie! Native American Film Series: Indian Relay
One of the best ways to appreciate and celebrate Native Americans is by watching films directed, written, produced by, and starring them. This film series was curated by Matthew Davila, a member of the Standing Rock Lakota Sioux Tribe, and he will be there to provide a short, educational presentation to help you understand the significance of the film.
This week, Indian Relay will be on the screen. A movie about the hope and determination of modern-day American Indian life, Indian Relay follows three teams from different American-Indian communities as they prepare to compete in a horse racing season.

Lunar New Year Dragon Dance
Welcome the year of the snake at the San Antonio Public Library: Collins Garden Branch!
Learn about the year of the dragon and how the Chinese celebrate the Lunar New Year.
