Fun Events in San Antonio Today for Adults
Free Week
You don’t have to spend a dime to have an amazing night. Head over to Paper Tiger and watch a plethora of bands take the stage over the weekend. While the place isn’t quite the White Rabbit it used to be (OGs will know), it’s still one of the best venues in town.
Performers include Alex Beltrán, Baby Bleu, Bash*, Beware of Dog, Booher, Cement Driver, Collective Dreams, D’SZVR, Dance Like Robots, and so many more!
Parking can be a bit of a mess, so I suggest using a rideshare if you can or showing up early to find your spot. You can also find plenty of bars within walking distance, although this cold weather may not make that feasible.

Coffee in Color – A Flavorful Open Mic Celebrating Diversity and Art!
Celebrate culture and creativity with a flavorful open mic. Sing, share poetry, and perform your heart out!
All cultures and talents are welcome!

Haunted Historic Flashlight Cemetery Tour

Listen to stories and enjoy the company of ghosts as you stroll through City Cemetery #1, one of the oldest operating cemeteries in San Antonio.
Curious Twins Paranormal will share strange and fun facts of the city’s history. You’ll also learn the basics of ghost hunting and spirit communication.
They’ll have ghost-hunting supplies and gear you can borrow at the end of the tour.

Decorate a Cup Workshop with Get Stoked Handmade

Get your creativity flowing tonight as you decorate your water bottle! You can bring your own or purchase one from Get Stoked. They’ll also have everything you’ll need to make your bottle more you, from stickers to charms!
Fernanda Martinez (the owner of Get Stoked Handmade) is a well-known San Antonio artist, so you know you’re in good hands. This is the perfect date idea and it can make for a very cute Valentine’s gift next month.

Fun Events in San Antonio Today for Kids
Little Artist Workshop (5 years and younger)

Your baby might just be the next big name in a museum! Bring them to this workshop where they get to explore textures, create with colors, and just get messy!
More than that, they’ll learn proper studio habits, like caring for their tools, accepting challenges, talking about their work, and exploring different materials.
We absolutely love the DoSeum when we have time for it. Make sure you plan extra time for your kids to roll down the grassy hill out front (if you don’t know yet you soon will).
There is a free parking lot, but it can fill up quickly. Weekdays are usually fine, but I suggest giving yourself extra time just in case.

Tween Club
Kids ages 10 to 14 will have a blast at the Mammen Public Library! Every week, they’ll have something fun to do, like crafts, games, book club, and baking.
This week they are hosting an Adventures in Storytelling game, the perfect way for your Tween to unwind after their first (very cold) week back at school.
Make sure you register online ahead of time!
